232-HELP/Louisiana 211 is the designated 2-1-1 provider for Southwest Louisiana.

Under 'normal' circumstances, we service a ten-parish region, consisting of Acadia, Avoyelles, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin,  St. Mary, Terrebonne and Vermilion parishes.

During times of state and national crisis (natural and man-made disasters), 232-HELP/LA 211 along with the other five (5) strategically placed 2-1-1 Centers in Louisiana, work to provide the entire state of Louisiana with the information they need to remain informed and ready to handle any difficulties that may occur.  Our six centers, collectively known as Louisiana 2-1-1, provide a seamless vehicle of service delivery to ensure that every person, family, business or organization is provided up-to-date information and resources necessary to prepare for, to survive and to recover from the disaster.

If you need us, we're here...only a phone call away.  Dial 2-1-1 for the Louisiana 2-1-1 Center nearest to your location.
