*  Suggestions: There are two ways to submit a suggestion on how to stop the leak or clean up the oil.  The second option (presented here) contains two parts: (Detailed info can be accessed by clicking on "Suggestions" above.

*  Louisiana Poison Center (for Medical Management) : (800) 222-1222. 

The Poison Center is staffed 24-hours a day and can provide medical management advice.

*  Assistance Hotline/Boom Reports - (Register boats, as consultant, contractor, vendor, or submit information): 281-366-5511.  

*  Emergency Truck Permitting Available - (877) 452-3683 or (800) 654-1433. The Emergency Call Center will operate from 6 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Callers in need of truck permits related to the oil spill, after 5 pm on weekdays and throughout the weekends,  should contact (800) 654-1433 for a timely response.
